The Mediterranean Ocean freight services related shipping company (MSC) announced a new round of freight rate increases for European routes starting from September 16th but not exceeding September 30th, which will be implemented from Qasim Port in Pakistan and Enhawa, India- The unified freight rate (FAK) from the ports of Sheva, Chennai and Kolkata to the ports of Antwerp and Valencia in Europe increased.
The newly added prices applicable to all 20', 40' high cube (HC) and high cube refrigerated (HR) containers are as follows:
In addition, the FAK rates for 20', 40' TEU and HC containers from the port of Colombo, Sri Lanka to Valencia and Antwerp will be increased, as shown below:
